Come and experience the newly built Sullivan family retreat on peaceful Falls Lake and you will enjoy all of the luxuries of home. Stay with us and you may take the kids swimming from our waterfront, use the canoes or row boat to tour the lake or go fishing (rods provided). You will also enjoy relaxing by the lake, listening to the loon calls and watching the sun set over the lake.

Propane barbeque and outdoor furniture on deck, with all cottage furnishings inside and out brand new. The cottage is all hardwood or tile, with a fully outfitted open concept kitchen-living room allowing you to be together as a family in style. This deluxe three bedroom cottage is fully winterized with a dishwasher, washer and dryer and sleeps six, with two queen sized beds and two singles. Satellite T.V. is available, as are movies from our movie collection, as well as board games.

Corner store is 5 minutes away with groceries and bait, or drive to Windsor which has all amenities (15min). Martock ski hill is a 7 minute drive allowing year round enjoyment!! Our family would love to have your family come and visit our retreat and experience our small slice of paradise. Please note that this rental is for families only and is limited to 6 persons.
